What is the ShoeFinder Service?
ShoeFinder is MyRunningShoe.com's automated request system to help you find the shoes you can't find.
What Does it Cost?
The ShoeFinder is a FREE for our registered customers.
How Does it Work?
Once you have registered and are logged in, you will have the ability to fill out a request form with the specifics of the shoe you're looking for. When the form is submitted, an email is automatically sent to all participating Member Stores, notifying them of your request. If they have the shoe, but do not have it posted, they're given the opportunity to add it to their inventory. Once it's added, you are automatically notified by email.
Additionally, you may optionally select to be notified whenever your desired shoe is entered. Any time your requested model is added by any store, you will be notified.
Will You Be Able to Find a ....?
We have the best luck with shoes that are out of production for 18 months or less. If your shoe is many years old, it may have already been moved off of our Member Stores' shelves through other means to make room for newer inventory.
The ShoeFinder can also help you find models that are in production, but hard-to-get in some areas.
